Adaptive Web Design

Select work of Web Design showcasing problem-solving skill and attention to detail.
Highlights  Company 3 showcases a post production and retouching artists for movies, television commercials and music videos. The site features extensive content samples and artist profiles serving as the pivotal hub for potential clients seeking post production services.

Approach & Results  I designed and built the site’s digital user journey focused on a seamless navigation and efficient content visualization. I used simple but intuitive icons as visual labels and I also emphasized the use of the search bar for clear guidance. So as a result, the website is a lot more organized and really highlights the visual content which is the main feature of the company in this case.

Highlights  Dieppa Restrepo sells unisex loafers and oxfords that were designed and crafted in Colombia. They are perfect everyday shoes for the modern woman - understated, elegant, and timeless.

Approach & Results  I wanted to recreate the experience of being in a store rather than passing by the window of one. So I designed the gallery on the website that was similar to shopping in a flagship retail store or a museum. I took advantage of negative space and prioritized simple user flows to carry their clean brand style and core values. For example, I implemented vertical menu pop ups that caters mobile heavy users' constant engagement. It is a fully responsive eCommerce experience that not only informs and entices users about the brand but allows them to shop in a unified experience.

Highlights  New York based fashion designer Norisol Ferrari offers bespoke tailoring services inspired by 1950’s golden age of hollywood but blends an haute couture avant grade twist.

Approach & Results  The website exhibits this retro-abstract chic style by maximizing high contrast black and white imagery in a minimalist layout. This visual design bestows a jarring but alluring aesthetic of Ferrari’s fashions. Ferrari’s designs are a beautiful clash of daring fashion styles, so I wanted the website to let the clothes speak for themselves. I went for a monochrome color scheme because I didn’t want other colors to detract from the designs and that also complemented display of bold imagery.

Background  Our team was tasked with designing a site that offers curated selection of timepieces and jewelry by specifically leveraging brand partnerships and content-rich experience.

Goal & Achievement  The goal was to create a high end e-commerce experience distinct from the existing TrueFacet marketplace. This premium version distinguished itself with greater exclusivity and refined selection, merging content with commerce. The majority users first landed on a product page, resultantly we centered our design around the product page and focused on storytelling behind product.

From in-house design, messaging, and developing, to the digital platform and content within it, we elevated TrueFacet’s brand to the new tier while maintaining the firm’s core value proposition- approachable luxury.
